About
Agriculture is one of the most heavily regulated industries in the United States, yet most farms still rely on fragmented, manual systems utilizing paper logs and notebooks to track critical compliance data. With farm audits occurring 5–10 times per year and often with little notice, farmers are forced to reconstruct months of records by hand. This process consumes hundreds of hours, pulls operators away from core operations in the field, and creates a real risk of failed certifications due to incomplete or inconsistent data.
Toph is modernizing this system. By bridging the gap between field workers and digital systems, Toph captures operational data at its source—turning disconnected, unstructured information into a reliable, real-time system of record for farms.
Product
Toph functions as a voice-based knowledge management system that captures, processes, and utilizes unstructured data for agricultural compliance and document generation. Workers simply speak their observations directly in the field, and our agent captures them from their phone, eliminating the need to rely on handwritten notes or delayed reporting. Our model then automatically processes this unstructured input—enriching it with ambient data and workflow context to produce comprehensive work logs with audit regulations already in mind.
Through this process, we create a continuously updated, audit-ready dataset that eliminates the need for manual reconstruction, granting complete operational visibility and the ability for our software to generate compliance reports instantly.
