About

Trove is a predictive inventory and vendor management platform built specifically for independent cafes. Cafe inventory is uniquely complex: perishable ingredients, pre-made goods, and unpredictable daily demand create ordering decisions that are too consequential to manage on spreadsheets. Existing tools were not built for that reality. Without real-time visibility into what is selling and what is spoiling, owners are left guessing, and independent cafes lose an average of $20,000 a year to bad ordering decisions as a result. Trove is the system that changes that.

Product

Trove centralizes ingredient tracking, predictive order recommendations, and vendor management. As sales come in, inventory updates automatically against a cafe's POS system and incoming vendor invoices. Trove analyzes historical sales and demand patterns to generate a pre-populated order ready for operator approval; once approved, Trove handles the rest. Over time, Trove's proprietary model improves as it aggregates demand patterns across cafes in its network, making predictions sharper the longer a cafe is on the platform, so owners spend less time guessing and more time running their cafe.
