Vector helps SaaS companies solve one of their most expensive product problems: users getting stuck. This creates frustration for users and overwhelms support teams, leading to churn, lower product adoption, and lost revenue. Vector addresses this by giving companies a way to guide users in the moment they need help, so they can complete tasks instead of abandoning them.
Product
Vector is an AI co-pilot embedded directly inside a software product that helps users complete tasks in real time. Instead of sending users to help docs or support tickets, Vector lets them describe what they are trying to do, then guides or executes the workflow directly in the app. For example, if a user asks how to duplicate and customize a template, Vector can identify the right UI elements, walk through the multi-step process, and get them to the correct end state in seconds. Beyond task completion, Vector also provides analytics on where users get stuck, helping companies identify friction points and reduce support volume.
