Clinics today field over 150 phone calls a day just to handle record requests, appointment updates, and lab questions — leaving staff overwhelmed and owners frustrated. Vetrail fixes this by giving pet owners instant digital access to their pet's health information, reducing the burden on clinics and improving the quality of care.
Product
Vetrail gives pet owners a secure portal to view appointments, immunization records, lab results, and billing, with AI-powered summaries that translate complex vet notes into plain language. On the clinic side, the platform integrates with existing practice management systems and provides a dashboard to streamline patient communication and record management.
