Satellite operators today rely on fragmented dashboards, logs, and documentation to diagnose issues across complex spacecraft systems. When anomalies occur, engineers often spend days or weeks manually tracing signals across subsystems to identify the root cause. This process slows incident resolution, risks mission downtime, and becomes increasingly unsustainable as satellite fleets scale. Zeno is an AI-powered operations copilot designed to help satellite engineers investigate and resolve incidents faster. By automatically aggregating telemetry, system logs, and operational documentation, Zeno surfaces patterns and anomalies across subsystems that would otherwise take engineers weeks to uncover. This enables teams to identify root causes earlier, reduce downtime, and operate larger satellite fleets without proportionally increasing operations staff.
Zeno provides an intelligent incident management workspace for satellite operations teams. When anomalies occur, the platform automatically creates an incident, analyzes telemetry data across subsystems, and surfaces relevant logs, historical incidents, and engineering documentation. Using machine learning to detect deviations from normal satellite behavior, Zeno highlights potential causes and guides engineers through diagnostic workflows. Engineers can collaborate within the platform to investigate issues, document findings, and update operational checklists for future incidents. Over time, Zeno builds a knowledge base of mission operations, enabling faster troubleshooting and predictive maintenance across satellite fleets.
